RSS Assingment

I have been able to set up the RSS account without much difficulties as one of my collegues gave me some help! I think it might be useful for those people who likes to surf internate for various news on a daily basis.
For me it is a source that now I am aware of.

Google Products

I was somewhat aware of goole's maps and some other products. But had not used it before. However, to complete my assignment, I used the maps and found it to be quite useful. I have explored a littlebit of googl's earth and find it very fasinating.

Wikipedia

I was interested knowing more about Sistine Chapel and looked it up in Wikipedia. I found quite a bit of information on it. I was mostly interested in knowing why it is called Sistine Chapel? I found the answer. I really did not find any spelling mistakes. This exercise has been quite useful for my learning process.

What are the advantages of sorting, sharing, and tagging web content this way? What are the disadvantages?
The advantages are it is organized in alphabetical order which makes easier to find and it keeps all records of the items one has gone through in the past.The disadvantage that there might be some privacy issues . One might not want everyone to look over one's shoulder of things on your list.

What do you hope to learn from CPL 2.0? I hope to achieve some basic skills in order to be comfortable with Blog/facebook etc.

You can probably guess from the title of my blogg that I am rather reluctant to enter into a unknown world of "blogging". My hope is to be free of fear about it and learn some skills in order for me to be comfortable with the process. Thank you Katie.
